Mediagen have consciously pushed their electronic media monitoring services to their clients and they have been received very well. As a result, there has been a marked reduction in paper output which can only be positive. Those hard copy press packs which have to be delivered are done so by means of their in-house courier who uses an eco-friendly Smart car. Some staff are able to work from home to eliminate travel and those who do have to travel into the office, do so using public transport and/or bikes!
